Very satisfied with the whole experience

I am very impressed with the level of expertise and service I received from Team Feeken throughout the process of purchasing my first home. Glenda and Jason were very informative, professional, and kept in CONSTANT contact with me throughout the entire process. I initially chose to work with Glenda because of her stellar reputation in the community and many years of experience. Glenda and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I honestly thought the process would be more stressful than it was. Glenda was even there at my closing with a wonderful housewarming gift. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. I highly recommend Team Feeken!

VERY disappointed in this brokerage. I called and Glenda talked to me for a minute but then literally hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional! It really surprised me since the brokerage has mostly quite good reviews. I'm guessing Glenda has a good game face if you fit into what she wants, but if not then lookout. Taking my business to another broker!

RE/MAX of the peninsula was amazing to work with. Jared showed me several listings. Of many different places. While my wife and I were indecisive Jared was always happy and patient, never showing a moment of frustration. When we decided on a piece of property Glenda and Jared were there for us all the way helping us through the bank process and clear through closing. It was nice having so much experience backing us up the whole way through

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

For three years we tried to sell on our own, then we handed it over to Glenda Feeken and Team and two offers later it was sold! We would like to thank Glenda for the excellent job in selling our house, keeping us updated on where we were at, suggestions in making it more presentable and then getting documents to us to sign in a timely manner. We highly recommend them.
